Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing Hertz’s New Vehicle Offers to ensure accurate and consistent data across business units, process and communicate updates in a timely manner, conduct periodic audits, and provide monitoring and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement. This role will work with Fleet management, Fleet ordering, Revenue Management, Marketing, and other business units within Hertz as well as outside vendors. This role has an impact on financial performance, SOX compliance, fleet procurement, marketing, planning, operations, and customer experience.

Salary range starting at $60,000/yr

What You’ll Do:

Ensuring systematic accurate, efficient, and timely processing of all New Vehicle Offers

Organize and conduct meetings across business units and following up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Conduct YoY analysis of New Vehicle offers.

Perform market analysis for vehicle options, color mix for best RV.

Monitor and update Fleet Procurement documents as needed.

Communications with outside vendors as needed/required for useful information that may impact our systems or our business needs/requirements.

Creating and preparing reports for various analytics in an accurate and timely manner

Continually audit processes, data, and workflow to identify areas for improvement.

Generate regular reports and insights regarding contract compliance, unit count accuracy and fleet related financial metrics.

Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation and efficiency gains within the New Vehicle offer verification workflow.

What We’re Looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree or applicable experience required.

Experience in leadership and organizational skills are required as well as knowledge of rental or business fleets and/or the automotive industry.

Knowledge of Fleet Systems (Oracle, EAM, FOS), external automotive data sources, automotive rental industry data or asset management processes

Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel and vendors.

Ability to influence others without formal authority.

Must be comfortable with pulling data from internal and external systems, compiling, and presenting data in an effective manner.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities as well as handle multiple tasks.

Highly self-motivated, detail oriented, must be very accurate and able to pay great attention to details with a strong customer service orientation.

Must be an independent worker and able to work with minimal supervision.

Functional knowledge and experience with reporting tools: Tableau preferred.

Ability to identify problems, make decisions, create solutions, and act.

Ability to apply analytical along with problem solving skills to determine user needs and requirements.

Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and projects in a very demanding environment.

Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking, influencing and execution.
