Hourly rate ranges from $20.69 - $20.94 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. This posting will continue to receive applications until 11/23/24.Benefits include: Colorado Paid Sick Time, Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, Retention Pay Program. Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store.Ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.Control expenses and manage shrink, merchandising, and inventory control.Manage staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.Minimum Requirements:
Minimum age requirement is 21.Must have a flexible schedule.Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.Prior retail management experience is required.
