Participates with sales and scoping team in their efforts with potential and existing clients, assisting in qualifying the prospect based on their needs, and then ultimately approving the scope of work.Provides leadership and direction in projects, or escalated support matters in order to effectively resolve.Establishes new processes, guidelines, and methodologies to ensure successful implementations based on evolving product capabilities, new industry focuses, and a growing global presence.Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with Allvue’s plans and vision.Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.Travel requirement of 20-25%.Participate in Professional Services projects as needed and required.PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSReview and validate Implementation Charters as prepared by scoping team.Coordinate with Account Management team to bring new solutions to existing clients and identify internal sales opportunities.Act as SME on client implementations, demonstrating overall industry knowledge as it pertains to system.Provide oversight of implementations and client relationships to optimize results and client satisfaction.Manage and monitor performance of team members, provide advice and guidance regarding expectations and areas for improvement.Conduct formal and informal performance reviews.Assist with maximizing team utilization by working with PM’s, Account Managers, and clients to define projects, resource needs, and timelines.Provide input and enhancement recommendations to product team based on customer interactions.Promote adherence to Allvue’s employee practices by communicating internally with team members.Qualifications

Required: strong, fundamental understanding of Private Equity industry. Experienced in comparable Investor Relations software platforms (CRM, Investor and Fundraising portals) for alternative investment managers.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.Minimum of 5+ years experience at a Fund, Fund Administrator, or relevant Investor Relations software vendor.Managerial experience required – must have managed a team.Skilled in the use of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal skills. Full professional proficiency in written/spoken English.Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.Exceptional analytical aptitude, detail-oriented, and highly organized.Strong technology and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a client service team.
