This is a temporary assignment, with oversight of Tucson Surgery Center team and operations while a permanent candidate is hired.Tucson Surgery Center
is an outpatient surgical center located at 2121 N Craycroft Rd. Bld 8.Fantastic opportunity to be part of a small close-knit team!What you'll do:Oversees all clinical operations and manages and coordinates activities of facility supervisors of Tucson Surgery Center and Tucson Endoscopy Center.Ensures adherence to Center policies and procedures, oversees training of all new clinical employees and budgeting together with the Administrator.Relies on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks and acts as Quality Manager for the Center(s). Leads and directs the work of others.A wide degree of latitude is expected.
