You will help provide input to product roadmap, technical design, oversee engineering practices, and lead product build using agile (Scrum, SAFe) software development practices and create products from discovery and framing through iterative development and delivery. You will also maintain a user-centered and business-as-priority approach in design perspective and practice.A firm understanding of Java development principles and agile methodologies is crucial for success in the role. Candidates must be able to work from office as per defined corporate guidelines.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software design environment, preferably in a J2EE development environment with strong leadership experience4+ years of experience with frontend development including Angular 8+ using NgRx4+ years of experience implementing REST services with Java and Spring Boot3+ years of experience working in an Agile-based development environment and using Agile concepts such as Continuous Integration (CI/CD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapability to mentor junior and mid-level engineer resourcesPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with PBM business domainExperience in deploying to a cloud platform (Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, etc.)EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferredWill accept High School diploma and equivalent experience in lieu of degree (2 years of professional work experience for every year of college not completed in addition to the required years of experience)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $236,900.00.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
