Our client, a Chinese Bank, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position.Job Duties
Provide professional and efficient counter services to customers.Handle daily counter transactions such as cash, cheque, FX, and promote/referrals of retail banking products to potential customers.Answer customer enquiries with high-quality service.Perform general clerical support in the branch and handle ad hoc assignments.Job Requirements
HKCEE / HKDSE with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above including Chinese, English, and Mathematics.Possess HKSI and IIQE qualifications will be an advantage.Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.Attentive to details with good communication skills and customer-oriented.Conversant with Chinese word processing and MS Office Suite.Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
