We are seeking a dynamic and energetic General Sales Manager who has experience in the health & fitness field. The General Sales Manager is the team leader and the number one sales leader! You will be responsible for adding revenue in a way that inspires and motivates your team and the customers served.As the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of the studio. This includes the delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employee and customer satisfaction, and performance relative to studio objectives. You will execute the implementation strategy and ongoing management of companywide standards for key operational activities, programs, and goals. You will provide leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports while ensuring every studio member receives the highest quality service and experience at all times.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Lauderdale, FLCompensation

Base Salary starting at $40,000 annually. Additional compensation includes commission on revenues plus studio performance bonuses. Paid stretching certification and sales training. High-energy exciting atmosphere with career growth opportunities and continuing education opportunities.Work Schedule

Full Time Position. Monday thru Friday, Saturdays as required, Event participation as required.Who are we?
