• Process development for manufacturing of cell- or gene-therapies• T cell molecular biology/ engineering and characterization of primary T cells•Development of analytical methods for characterization of cell-based orgene-therapies – experience with cell-based and flow-cytometry-basedassays for characterization of cell populations and/ or activity
