National Corporate Housing is looking for an experienced General Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales and operations in the office. With their leadership, the office will achieve financial success, build a strong market presence, and ensure continued customer loyalty. Achieve year-round profitability of the marketHire, manage and develop high-potential associatesLead, manage and hold sales and operations team members accountableDrive the success of the business development team including outside sales peopleAttend sales calls and make presentationsAchieve guest satisfaction survey score goalsReview client and guest relations issues and resolve when necessaryPerform periodic inspections to ensure inventory is up to standardsGain market visibility and market share for the CompanyParticipate in industry and local market networking opportunitiesBuild local property partnerships and negotiate fees, terms, and rental ratesDevelop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans aligning with organizational goalsEnsure market is consistent with Company standards and policiesManagement of budgets and P&L, including full participation in the budget preparation processReview and/or acquire new housing inventory as neededMaintain appropriate marketing materials for the market through collaboration with the marketing teamOther duties as assignedRequirements:

Must be a fast-paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeedProven history of success managing both sales and operations focused team membersStrong communication and presentation skillsBachelor’s Degree is idealManagement experience in relocation, hospitality, property management, corporate housing, travel, or real estate is a plusProficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, ExcelSome travel may be requiredAll employees are expected to have knowledge of National’s business units and established procedures and compliance rules pertinent to their positions.Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Compensation plus performance-based bonus

$95,900-$114,000 base salaryAnnual Performance-based bonus of up to 10% of the Market’s Net Income dependent on achievement of KPI’sAnnual Performance-based bonus of $15,000 based upon achievement of company KPI’s
