Schroeter Goldmark & BenderSchroeter Goldmark & Bender has an immediate opening for a full-time lateral or contract attorney to work with our Toxic Torts team. SGB is looking for candidates with at least 8-10 years of experience and a background in one or more of the following practice areas: complex litigation, toxic or mass torts, product liability, and medical malpractice.We are looking for someone with demonstrated litigation and trial skills, who can work up complex cases and see them through trial. In addition to having courtroom experience, the applicant must be a strong writer and have demonstrated experience with appeals, summary judgment motions, or other complex motions. The applicant must be licensed in Washington or be able to become licensed in Washington within 6 months.Salary:
