Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Crown selling processBuild rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish a customer networkTest drives, present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentivesAnswer sales calls and respond to internet inquiriesMeet daily phone and email quotaGreet customers in the dealerships and on the lotTraining will be providedQualifications
Motivation to be successfulGreat customer service skillsAbility to create and maintain customer relationshipsStrong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader)Prior sales or retail experience preferredMaintain professional business attire and appearanceSelf-starter and ability to be a great team playerFull-time Benefits
