Summary:
Responsible for the successful operation of concession stand to which he/she is assigned. Supervises staff.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events.Follows cash handling policies.Completes and follows up on steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.Ensures products are displayed and merchandised appropriately in their assigned locations throughout the event.Maintains service areas, employs good safety and sanitation practices, and adheres to company guidelines and house rules.Follows responsible alcohol service policies.Takes inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains stock at required operational level.Trains stand attendants.Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.Performs other duties as assigned.Apply to Levy today!Levy is a member of Compass Group USACompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
