This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong client interaction skills and experience handling large dockets across multiple jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities:Draft responses to discovery requests and manage related correspondence.Conduct fact and technical investigations to support litigation strategies.Review and analyze technical documents and data pertinent to cases.Prepare protective orders to safeguard sensitive information during litigation.Draft and file discovery-related motions and other legal documents.Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure effective case management.Maintain thorough and organized records of discovery processes and case details.Requirements:2-4 years of experience in discovery litigation, strongly focusing on automotive-related cases.Extensive experience with discovery and ESI (Electronically Stored Information) protocols.Proven ability to manage large dockets across multiple jurisdictions.Strong client interaction skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.Meticulous attention to detail and practical problem-solving abilities.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Michigan Bar is required.Skills:Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.Familiarity with federal and local courts preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in legal research and analysis tools.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
