POSITION SUMMARY

As a Staff Product Manager on the Growth team at EarnIn, you'll play a crucial role in driving our mission - reinventing the financial system and helping our community members get to a better place financially. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user growth through various growth levers, focusing on organic acquisition and activation. You will own the strategy & roadmap for your team, leverage data-driven insights, and work cross functionally to optimize the user journey from acquisition to activation and beyond.

This position is Palo Alto-based and will require hybrid work from the office 2 days per week. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,500 - $258,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Maintain a constant pulse on our community members to understand their needs and the problems they face in solving those needs.

Develop and execute strategies to attract new users. Utilize data analytics and user research to identify growth opportunities, measure success, and iterate.

Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, design, and analytics teams to execute growth initiatives and optimize our organic growth channels including SEO, content marketing, and social media.

Design, develop, and execute experiments to test growth hypotheses and iterate based on learnings.

Define OKRs and set stretch goals for your product and team.

Create tight feedback loops with our community members and create a deep understanding of Product Market Fit.

Communicate the growth vision, roadmap and results to your product team, stakeholders including the executive team, and community members.

Raise the bar for design quality and user experience to make the experience of using EarnIn delightful and engaging for our community members.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on user growth.

Prior experience driving user acquisition and organic growth for consumer products with millions of customers is required.

Strong analytical skills in leveraging data to identify trends, drive growth decisions and improve metrics. Experience in designing and running A/B tests.

Proactive attitude towards finding growth opportunities and willingness to experiment and iterate.

Ability to think strategically about growth levers and long-term impact.

A strong focus on achieving measurable results and meeting growth targets.

Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs and behaviors.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with a culture of rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and iteration.

Ability to influence and build alignment between different teams and functions to successfully execute your roadmap and deliver against goals.

Ability to think outside the box to solve hard problems with creative and radical ideas.
