Operations Intern, Academy
The Academy Core team is a part of the US Marketing organization and is responsible for customer education sales and training administration. The Academy Team is looking for a thorough and creative Operations Intern to help execute operations projects and administration for national training classes. Duties will include coordination and registration administration of classroom trainings in North America, and supporting the Senior Academy Coordinator with day to day operational tasks.The North American Axis Communications’ Academy includes instructor led training (ILT), webinars and eLearning, with more than 8,000 partners and customers trained annually.Responsibilities:
Update internal web pageCreate rosters for upcoming training eventsUpdate daily report of training event registrationsCollect attendee shipping addresses for virtual training eventsLead entry into CRM/SalesforceKahootEdit flyers and other marketing collateralProctoring as neededAssist with ad hoc LMS administrative tasks as neededCreate social media postsQualifications
Business coursework / interestSocial media skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to details and demonstrated ability to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent planning, time management, organizational and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft ExcelReports to:
