Afternoon, evenings, weekend hours available. Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to casesDesign ABA curriculum plans. Review and update regularlyDesign behavior intervention plansClinically review reports and session notes regularlyAnalyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changesWrite reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervisedCommunicate regularly with parentsCoordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of casesOffer suggestions to incorporate individualized goals into family’s daily routineProvide parent and staff trainingPosition Requirements:

BCBA certification through the BACBExperience working with children with autism and their familiesExcellent organizational skills and great attention to detailsCandidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potentialThe Sunshine Center is dedicated to children of all ages experiencing challenges with learning, social skills, sensory processing, speech/language difficulties, and/or motor development delays.
