We're looking for a dedicated SAP PP/APO, IT System Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for developing new and deploying existing IT solutions for our Supply Chain Planning, Production Execution, and Warehousing departments—all within a GMP environment.You'll work closely with our regional and global IT teams as a key business partner for SAP PP/APO/QM. Your mission? To ensure that our projects run smoothly and adhere to Lonza's standards and policies. Plus, you'll provide top-notch IT support for complex incidents and problems. If you're passionate about IT and ready to take on new challenges, we'd love to hear from you!Key responsibilities:Consult with internal stakeholders on IT solutions and review user requirements.Serve as (sub-) project manager, developing concepts and specifications.Moderate workshops and configure/customize systems.Create and maintain test scripts, execute functional testing, and support business testing.Develop training documentation and deliver training sessions.Conduct data migration activities.Enforce global process and system governance while adhering to GMP and quality policies.Collaborate with infrastructure, process integration, development, and authorization partners to deliver IT solutions.Manage IT consultants and service providers, ensuring adherence to Lonza standards and guidelines.Transfer new solutions and knowledge to the support organization and delegate routine incidents to IT support.Provide 3rd level support for complex issues and assist in resolving critical incidents.Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Lonza custom IT solutions. Get familiar with newest generation IT solutions and advise internal partners on innovative IT technologies.Perform other duties as assigned.Key requirements:Bachelors in Scientific DisciplineExpertise in SAP modules PP and MMFamiliarity with SAP QM, APO - PPDS, and IBP is an advantage.Hands-on experience in MRP, process order execution, inventory management, handling unit management, and interfaces to external systems like MESCross-functional knowledge in SAP SD, FICO, and WMProficiency in system configuration and/or customizationComprehensive understanding of relevant business processes and conceptsKnowledge of IT project methodologiesStrong analytical skillsAbility to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external partners.Proficient presentation and moderation skillLonza is an equal opportunity employer.
