Basic Qualifications

(required at time of application)Candidates must have a MD or equivalent and must be Board certified/eligible in Neurological Surgery.Candidates must have completed or be currently pursuing subspecialty fellowship training in Functional/Movement Disorders, Neuro-Interventional, or Spine Neurosurgery.Candidates must also be eligible for a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit as determined by the Medical Board of California.Additional Qualifications
