Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of
Sales/Territory Manager/in Heavy Equipment/Trucking Industry . Excellent customer service skills a must. Preferred applicants will have a minimum of 2 years management experience or a combination of 5 years diesel repair and service management. Very competitive pay and benefits.
Service/Sales/Territory Manager Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and adhere to a priority system for scheduling all service work. Ensure that all manufacturer warranty claims are completed and filed in a timely manner according to manufacturer's requirements. Schedule and assign job and work areas to employees according to their skills and knowledge. Ensure that the service department is equipped with the necessary tools, and service equipment is available and maintained in good working order. Make recommendations regarding the purchase of service vehicles, correctly maintain vehicles and complete required maintenance records. Coordinate training program and service-related customer clinics. Monitor metrics on a monthly basis to assure achievement of departmental goals. Perform other functions or duties as directed by management in line with the objectives of the company. Sales/Territory Manager Requirements:
High School diploma/GED required. Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency.
