Who We're Looking For
We are currently looking to hire a
Registered Veterinary Technician
to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a dependable, detail-oriented team player who loves animals and being part of a fun, supportive team. They will have experience rooming patients, surgical assisting experience and knowledge of equipment used, drawing blood and running bloodwork, knowledge of x-rays and proper positioning, dental experience and understanding the importance of client education, and being a positive and motivating team member.

Registered Veterinary Technician , license must be current2+ years of veterinary experienceKnowledge of industry tools and equipmentPassion for working with animals and their ownersExperience with proper animal handling and restraintUnderstands the importance of excellent communication and organizational skillsObtaining accurate and thorough medical historiesTPRAssisting doctor and other technical staff with restraintBlood draws (cephalic, saphenous, and jugular)Placing IV cathetersDigital radiology including positioning.Dentistry (digital x-rays, scaling, polishing)Experience with dental extractionsAnesthesia (induction, intubation, monitoring, aseptic technique)Laboratory skills such as ear and fecal cytology; HM5; Vetscan; SedivueExcellent client communication/education
