Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/credentials in business or engineering.Proven sales and/or account management experience with a manufactured or engineered product with a track record of success.Strong leadership, decision-making, and management skills.Ability to interpret metrics, financial reports, strategic plans, and budgets.Excellent interpersonal, customer relations, verbal, and written communication skills.Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales management tools.
