This position is a $100K+ OPPORTUNITY with a $50K base salary, car/phone allowance, and rewarding commission/bonus opportunity!

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our team in the Greensboro/Winston Salem/High Point area. As an Outside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and producing new client business. You will be in charge of the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and lead generation to closing deals. We are looking for self-starters with a hunter's mentality, who are motivated by the opportunity to earn significant sales commissions, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve sales goals.Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations to initiate the sales process.Build rapport with potential accounts, explain our service capabilities, and prepare contracts to close sales.Utilize and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain and track all client and lead information.At City Wide Facility Solutions, we are leaders in the building maintenance industry, serving communities across the U.S. and Canada. Requirements

Position Requirements:

Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside sales roleDemonstrated success with cold calling, both over the phone and in the fieldStrong organizational skills and experience managing territoriesOutgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication skillsProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goalsAbility to lead client meetings and effectively communicate our service offeringsTeam player who can collaborate effectively with operations and other sales team membersProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
