The Sr. Product Operations Manager will be responsible for elevating and accelerating ID.me’s Product team by establishing tools, systems, and processes and driving their adoption & adherence. This role will require an experienced individual contributor to independently solve problems to help the Product team move faster & more effectively. The Sr. Product Operations Lead will report directly to the VP, Product Strategy & Operations.Responsibilities
Design and Own Product Insight and Feedback LoopsEstablish systems and processes and implement tooling to facilitate intake & synthesis of product feedbackRoute and track bugs and escalations to ensure important issues are addressed within established SLAsLeverage product development infrastructure (people, processes, and technology) to drive software development life cycle efficienciesDevelop consistent progress reporting mechanisms that align key stakeholdersCreate and manage high integrity commitment frameworks to ensure we stay on track with key projectsOwn Product Organization Operating Rhythm and CadenceFacilitate product planning cycle in a way that aligns product strategy, resource allocation, roadmap planning, and outcome measurementDevelop and maintain key product practices through the software development lifecycle, including launch / GTM process, opportunity assessments, product specs, etc.Who We’re Looking For

This position will be in-office based at one of our locations in either McLean, VA or Sunnyvale, CA.The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location.
