Accountable | Resilient | Service | PassionACCOUNTABILITIES:Architecture and Design Relationship OwnerArchitecture and Design StrategyArchitecture and Design Lead PipelineWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Promote I3 Group by being a trusted advisor to the A+D influencer community through insightful information, thoughtful events, and elevated customer service and experiences.Drive opportunities and leads from A+D firms, vendors, and industry partners.Monitor organizational changes or realignments within the A+D community that may impact future business.Work collaboratively with MillerKnoll’s primary A+D Representative and Business Development team.Support project teams with bid and proposal development.Participate in project strategy development and action plans with insight from A+D influencers.Partner with sales team to close business by participating in sales presentations and conducting showroom tours.Provide inspiration, product alternatives, recommendations, preliminary budget pricing, and other specification support to drive product specifications forward.Set I3 Group apart as an industry leader through hosting events, presenting insightful information, and sharing educational activities to raise brand visibility in the market.Identify and participate in appropriate networking activities that include, but are not limited to, 1:1 meetings, A&D industry Professional Associations, vendor trips, and events such as NeoCon/Design Week.Become a trusted resource through education, newsletter and email campaigns, responsiveness, and thoughtful connection to other resources within I3 Group and MillerKnoll.Develop forecasts and manage sales funnel for A+D-driven leads.WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:CID and LEED certified (preferred).MillerKnoll product knowledge (preferred).10 years of professional experience at an interior design firm, architectural firm, commercial office furniture manufacturer or dealership, or related business.Knowledge of commercial interior design principles.Established connections within the A+D community and strong passion for the industry.Ability to build personal connections by gaining the trust and respect of others.Willingness to attend A+D events outside of standard work hours.Proven sales skills with the ability to close deals.Capability to present ideas, proposals, and solutions in a thoughtful and compelling manner.Ability to commute between Waukesha and Madison showrooms in order to cover the demands of the Wisconsin markets.Ability to travel out of state up to 10%.WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE:A State-of-the-Art Facility with plenty of free parking, incredible technology throughout, and a multitude of workspaces at your disposal.Use the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) methodology to provide tools to help individuals and teams achieve goals, growth, and improvement.Quarterly All Company MeetingsPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off 90 days after date of hireMedical, Dental and Vision BenefitsEmployer Paid Long Term Disability and Life Insurance401KCommunity Service opportunitiesAbility to use your talents and strengths to make a positive impact.
