We are committed to our core values of Client Satisfaction, Professionalism, Teamwork, Respect, and Integrity.With a large network of delivery centers, support offices, and partners across India, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Far East, Europe, and the USA, Career Guidant is committed to rendering the best service to our clients to ensure their operations continue to run smoothly.Preferred Qualifications:• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.• At least 5 years of experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud (AEM/CQ5, AAM, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Social, etc.).• At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation / digital asset management initiatives using Adobe.• Hands-on experience in AEM, coding in Java/J2EE, and experience with the OSGi framework.• Experience integrating Adobe with other systems.• Experience architecting and developing solutions for highly scalable, highly available systems.• Provide architecture services for Adobe Marketing Cloud (AEM/CQ5, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Social, etc.).• Responsible for creation and integration of solutions using Adobe Marketing Cloud.• Translate complex functional, technical, and business requirements into architectural designs using industry best practices and own the solution blueprint.• Able to consider both business and technical audiences.• Participate in client meetings and interactions to explain the solution approach.• Provide oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery of CQ-based projects.• Participate in the project design, development, and deployment implementation using Adobe Suite.• Establish and implement best practices around using the Adobe platform.• Ensure projects developed meet quality standards through code and design reviews.• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.• Strong analytical skills.• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.The job entails an extensive amount of travel. It also requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 7 years of experience within Information Technology along with 5 years of experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud (AEM/CQ5, AAM, Adobe Target).Additional Information:** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
