Minimum Qualifications:
BS degree, MT(ASCP)
5+ years as Director of Lab in a 100+ bed facility
Strong regulatory knowledge and experience
Responsibilities:
Manage FTEs, hire, fire, budgeting, and lead
Work closely with hospital staff, department directors, and physicians to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are maintained
