We are committed to our core values of Client Satisfaction, Professionalism, Teamwork, Respect, and Integrity.With a large network of delivery centers, support offices, and partners across India, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Far East, Europe, and the USA, Career Guidant is dedicated to rendering the best service to clients to ensure their operations run smoothly.Preferred Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.At least 4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management & Active Directory Skills.Strong understanding of application access structures and request models.Working knowledge of principles, best practices, architectures, tools, and processes in areas of IAM such as privileged user management, shared account management, segregation of duty analysis, administrative/service/functional account management, and password vaulting.Experience and achievements in Identity and Access Management, Information Security, Systems Analysis, System Design, and Production Support is a plus.Solid understanding of Information Security and IT controls, working in accordance with IT standard operating procedures.Experience in enrolling and managing Privileged accounts across various platforms (Windows, AD, UNIX, Sybase, DB2, Oracle, SQL, Mainframe, Teradata, HP-UX, etc.) and other applications across the organization.Responsible for centralized password vault using DELL TPAM by administering TPAM integrated modules Privileged Password Manager (PPM) and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).At least 2 years of experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment.Strong analytical and communication skills.Experience with project management and talent management.Desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.The job entails an extensive amount of travel and requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of experience with IT Security Skills.Additional Information:U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
