This role will cover Miami Dade and Monroe County.

The ideal candidate must live in Miami Dade county.*Please note that while this position is listed as "working remotely", our sales positions are field based and require you to live within the territory listed to visit accounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise.The Market Manager (MCM) is responsible for increasing availability and visibility of Boston Beer portfolio of brands at retail to generate depletion growth while adding value to our wholesaler and retailer partners by focusing on a specific channel. Primary focus is split between mid level channel specific wholesaler management and multi-outlet retail accounts.What You'll Brew:Execute internal sales objectives & improve account conditions using BBC systems and selling processLearn and be proficient in beer industry knowledge, brewing, and BBC product stylesHunt for new business opportunities while growing current business in multi unit chains and key accounts within defined channelUtilize effective verbal and written communication with wholesaler, accounts, and coworkers including ability to deliver impactful presentationsUse internal and external data to plan and identify opportunities across the channel and account baseBuild strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers by providing channel leadershipIncreased responsibilities of financial/account management while gaining bridge experiencesAssist in the development of Goals, Strategies, Objectives and Tactics for the defined channelImprove retailer execution through wholesaler channel manager across the BBC portfolioWorking conditions vary greatly day to day due to customer facing nature of roleMay be the periodic requirement to work weekends and holidays to support the needs of the businessOccasional travel for meetings and trainingsRegular travel in the market to service retailers and wholesalers

What Ingredients You'll Bring:Minimum Qualifications:2+ years sales and/or food/beverage industry experienceAn intense competitive spirit with an assertive, confident personalityValid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuouslyAbility to lift and move cases of beer frequentlyAbility to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale frequently

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeBilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Level: 7In accordance with pay transparency lawsthe salary range for this role if hired is $63,240 - $95,770 annually based on location and the experience level of the candidate. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
