Principal Product Marketing Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will define and execute our product marketing strategy, influence teams, elevate messaging and positioning, and use data to inform strategy. Your efforts will position our products as market leaders, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive significant business outcomes.As our Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market strategies, drive product adoption, and collaborate across teams to achieve business growth. We need someone with strong leadership skills, deep market insights, and robust data analytics capabilities. Your strategic thinking and ability to positively influence teams will be crucial in elevating our product marketing initiatives.This role is hybrid (partially in-office) in Seattle. Relocation is available.Key Responsibilities
Drive product development: Collaborate with product managers to inject market insights and ensure new products/features meet customer needs and market demands.Master market analysis: Dive into internal surveys, conduct competitive analysis, and keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor moves.Craft winning strategies: Partner with the Product team to lead impactful product launches. Develop go-to-market strategies that align with business goals and drive product success.Execute flawlessly: Roll up your sleeves and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful end-to-end execution of marketing strategies.Create powerful content: Lead the charge on in-product messages, emails, and owned channels. Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing materials, from social media assets to blog posts.Optimize with data: Run A/B tests on our proprietary channels, gather actionable insights, define KPIs, and use data-driven analysis to refine strategies and achieve objectives.Thought Leadership: Position RentSpree as an industry leader by delivering exceptional products and insightful content.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred10+ years of marketing experience, with minimum 5 years of Product Marketing experience; Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaignsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsSkilled copywriter with experience crafting high-quality content for both long-form and short-form formats (in-product messaging, promotional emails, etc.)Ability to analyze and interpret market dataProficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (ie. HubSpot)Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDemonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational changeDeep understanding of product marketing best practices and trendsReal estate/property tech expertise a plusLocation
