IntroductionAs a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Advanced knowledge and implementation experience in SAP Controlling, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.Proven experience in implementing SAP Finance and its integration with SD, MM, PP, PM modules to support product cost controlling and margin analysis.Expertise in leading business blueprinting, gathering and documenting business requirements, and designing SAP-enabled solutions.Proficiency in developing project documentation, including business process flows, training materials, and requirements gathering, alongside project management methodology experience.Extensive experience in cost controlling and management accounting within an ERP system.
Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseYou are someone we are looking for if you have the following expertise:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 to 15 years of relevant work experience.Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 6 to 9 years of experience with SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, CO-PC, COPA, PS) is required; experience with S/4HANA and multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations is strongly preferred.Expertise in
Cost accounting, Product costing/Inventory valuation (Legal, Profit centre, Group valuation), and Margin analysis.Basic understanding and experience with Central Finance.Experience in the FMCG CPG Industry is an advantage.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Diploma or Degree in relevant disciplines.At least 3 years of working experience in a similar or related role.Involved in at least 1 implementation cycle for a SAP Finance project.Good configuration knowledge in SAP functional modules and Finance Accounting is a must.Possess excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.Self-driven, detail-oriented.Ability to work collaboratively and productively with globally dispersed teams.Ability to manage ambiguity, yet producing tangible results.Ability to effectively manage challenging situations without loss of focus when under pressure.
