Mandatory SkillsAt least 3 years’ experience in Sitecore CMS projects (v6 and v7); experience in version 8 is an advantage.Strong technical hands-on knowledge of Sitecore, including best practices and features.Good understanding of web development, information architecture, CMS, and integrated technologies.Ability to map loosely defined business requirements to specific technical solutions.Experience in design and development of multilingual/multi-country websites.Strong experience in high-level and detailed solution design and build validation; experience in content migration projects.Strong ASP.NET C# experience (framework v2, v3.5, v4) and MVC framework.Strong knowledge of IIS and Team Foundation Server.Solid programming knowledge of MS SQL Server and Oracle databases.Demonstrated experience in integration using APIs and web services.Must have at least 4 years of .NET project-related experience.Presentation - specifically Web Controls.Binding content and presentation.Platform administration and tuning.Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS.Specifically for Sitecore: Sitecore API, Kernel, Sitecore Client libraries, Sitecore concepts including Layouts, Sub layouts, Templates, CM/CD environments, Sitecore caching, Serialization, Sitecore configuration, Sitecore deployment, Security, etc.Track record of leading a Sitecore development team of at least 6 developers.Strong analytical skills.Conversant with release management.Conversant with unit testing automation.Qualifications
