The C4I SME position will provide Tier 3 C4I Engineering sustainment and support to fielded Program of Record (POR) and non-POR systems across the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE)

Enterprise.

Tier 3 Engineers will provide intermediate and depot level support to Tier 1/ 2 Operations and Maintenance personnel at NSWC Corona tactical training ranges and sites.

Responsibilities:Provide system administrator support Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI)

Provide subject matter expertise support Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)

Provide subject matter support for Automated Scriptor Simulator Exercise Trainer (ASSET)

Provide subject matter expertise support US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation systems (BICES)

Provide system administrator support Cruise Missile Trainer Personal Computer (CMTpc)

Provide system stability support Distributed Common Ground System - Navy (DCGS-N)

Ensure system stability support Gateway Manager (GWM)

Provide system administrator support Generic Area Limitation Environment (GALE)

Provide system administrator support Global Command and Control System (GCCS)

Provide system administrator support Global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-J)

Provide oversight Joint After Action Review - Resource Library (JAAR-RL)

Ensure system stability and troubleshooting of the Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination system (JADOCS)

Provide subject matter expertise on the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS)

Provide system administrator support for the Joint Range Extension (JRE)

Provide system administrator support for the Joint Tactical Common Operational Picture Workstation (JTCW)

Ensure system stability and technical support for the Link Monitoring and Management Tool (LMMT)

Ensure system stability and technical support for the Marine Air Ground Task Force Tactical Warfare Simulation (MTWS)

Provide technical support for MINEnet Tactical (MNT)

Ensure system stability and technical support for the Multi-functional Information Distribution System (MIDS)

Provide system expertise for the Naval Integrated Tactical Environmental System (NITES)

Provide subject expertise support for the Tactical Combat Operations (TCO)

Provide system oversight support for the Tactical Common Operational Picture Server (TCS)

Ensure system support for the Tactical Data Analysis and Connectivity System (TDACS)

Provide system administrator support for the Theater Battle Management Core System-Force Level (TBMCS) (Navy/ Marine Corps)

Provide system administrator support for the Theater Battle Management Core System (TBMCS) (MC)

Provide subject matter expertise support for the Theater Mission Planning Center (TMPC)

Qualifications:

Required:Experience with network protocols, routers, and switching.

Experience with network installation, administration, and network analysis.

Security +

Experience with Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)

8 years as systems engineer, technical PM or other related area

Experience with Link 16 host systems

Experience supporting and administering the applications and systems above

Active U.S. Secret Clearance

Desired:LINUX +

Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field

CCNA

TS-SCI eligible
