Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of CaliforniaCurrent CPR card (live demonstration course only)Proof of current Physical completed within the last 12 monthsNegative TB/PPD or Chest X-Rays within the last 12 monthsSuccessful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience including any specialty areas
