The candidate must be process-oriented for escalations and notifications for management and will need to work with applications & applications support teams for CRM, SharePoint, Exchange, Citrix, & Web-based apps for outages and service delays and work closely with service providers globally for degraded or circuit outages.Tools that are used within the NOC:Primary Tool UIM (NimSoft)ASM, Thousand EyesRiverbeds Web AnalyticsGeneral knowledge and experience with Windows 2003 / 2008 and UNIX-based servers, starting services, IIS Resets, server reboots, Cisco routers, and switches is a plus.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
