24+ monthsThe IT Project Manager in the Kaiser Permanente Information Technology (KP-IT) National Care Deliver Technology Services office (CDTS) is responsible for the implementation of IT infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VOIP, PCs, printers) in support of Capital construction projects in the NCAL Valleys Region.The IT Project Manager is accountable for meeting financial and schedule commitments for all construction projects, including net new locations and renovation of existing facilities. This individual should be able to lead a cross-functional team while motivating individuals to their highest potential.Requires excellent oral and written communications skills, in addition to outstanding business presentation skills. A demonstrated success on building key team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines is highly desired.You will be required to know or learn KPIT's program and process methodology, executing it within the established KP and KP-IT organizational framework. Additionally, the IT Project Manager will be required to effectively understand and communicate with team members responsible for both IT infrastructure (networks, servers, desktops) and applications.Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:

Leading, communicating and coordinating with stakeholders and business partners.Identifying project goals and scope, identifying risks, and negotiating deadlines, milestones and budgets.Developing project plans, identifying and managing project issues and risks to completion.Traveling to KP sites within the Valleys region to meet with project teams, business partners and key stakeholders.Leading site integration and integration testing, go live and early life support of IT systems.Top 3-5 Required Skills:

Strong leadership and communications skills.Strong background managing IT infrastructure projects in a customer facing environment.Strong background managing enterprise level projects through the proper application of PM discipline.The ability to effectively develop and manage project forecasts and budgets.The ability to effectively monitor and control the delivery of the IT projects in terms of quality, scope, schedule and budget while providing status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.Desired Skills:
