The Healthcare Organization is located in beautiful North Texas and is very progressive.The Director manages staff members in the Medical Surgical Unit. Consults with staff, physicians, and the Nurse Executive on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Assists in formulating the budget. Clients served are predominantly adults eighteen years of age and older, with occasional care for adolescents, pediatrics, and infants.Qualifications:Current state Registered Nurse Licensure3 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of medical surgical nursingDirector experience in Med/Surg, budgeting, staffing, hiring, CQI, and all age populationsMSNBLS certificationThe client offers an excellent salary, benefits, and other perks.
