Strategy Development:

In partnership with your manager, you will lead the development and execution of communications strategies to increase firm-wide learning product adoption and continuous use. Message/Narrative Creation:

Create clear, compelling, and relevant messaging based on project goals and target audience. Collaboration:

Partner with your marketing team peers, the product team, and stakeholders, to ensure a cohesive communication strategy, aligning tone and narrative to engage audiences. Stakeholder Management:

Build strong partnerships with stakeholders through effective project management and communication. Campaign Execution:

Influence and guide the communications team on personalized, multi-step nurture campaigns using Salesforce Journey Builder, managing end-to-end strategy and deployment. Creative Ideation:

Facilitate creative ideation sessions and workshops to generate a diverse range of ideas and solutions, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking and experimentation. Performance Analysis:

Generate regular reports on campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future efforts. GTM Playbook:

Develop a comprehensive go-to-market playbook outlining strategies and tactics for launching new products and increasing product use. Trend Monitoring:

Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies. Customer-Centric Approach:

Apply a customer-centric mindset to problem-solving, ensuring that solutions meet audience needs and enhance their overall experience. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to conceptualize, build, and launch campaigns, leveraging automation to increase efficiency and scalability. Feedback Integration:

Actively seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, team members, and customers to refine and improve solutions and ensure they are practical and effective. Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations. Email Strategies:

Identify opportunities to utilize effective email strategies (A/B testing, automation, personalization, segmentation) to increase engagement. Quality Control:

Ensure email communications and marketing efforts comply with brand guidelines, technical functionality, and proper grammar and design. Measurement and Analysis:

Provide ongoing measurement and analysis of campaigns, preparing data-driven recommendations for optimization. Teaming Best Practices:

Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and activities, contributing valuable input and being fully engaged in the collaborative process. Create and maintain an inclusive environment where all team members feel valued and heard, ensuring diverse perspectives are considered and respected. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. Proven track record of leading and managing marketing campaigns and communication strategies from concept to execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, email marketing, and analytics. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience in stakeholder management and ability to build strong relationships across various levels of the organization. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with project management, including requirement gathering, timeboxing, prioritization, and execution. Experience working with global stakeholders at different levels in the organization. Experience in email marketing, including storylining, copywriting, design, formatting, and reporting. Experience in email nurture and nudge campaigns. Salesforce Marketing Cloud email certification preferred; Interaction Studio experience a plus. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable steps. Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance (e.g., GDPR or CASL). Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to write for a global audience. Ability to coordinate with other marketing team members to ensure timely publication and deployment of communications. Familiarity with analytical and database tools. Ability to assess content and design elements to ensure they meet brand standards and intended tone. Experience in corporate learning & development or education is a plus. Additional Benefits:
