MUST HAVE:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field5+ years’ experience as Business Process consultant within transportation business finance and/or production processes including re-engineering and documentationAbility to analyze and define workflows and processes to design process solutionsKnowledge of financial management and best practicesAbility to create functional documentation including requirements, complex specifications, enhancements, development, maintenance, technical overviews and context diagramsStrong experience with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, and VisioAbility to analyze output from computer application and identify system problemsKnowledge and hands-on experience with FM SuiteQA experienceExcellent written and verbal communicationSix Sigma, Engineering, and/or Business Analysis certifications
