SNAP is a trusted partner to many Government agencies and provides a variety of IT services including Application development, System Integration, Cyber Security, Operations and Maintenance, and mission-critical training support services.

We seek a Business Development Manager with a background in the Federal market to assist SNAP with penetrating and expanding its market. The applicant is expected to develop new business, manage a qualified pipeline, represent SNAP capabilities, lead capture of opportunities, and support proposal development. A comprehensive understanding of current trends and emerging technologies in the Federal Civilian professional services and IT market is required.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.

Conduct opportunity analysis to increase company win probability.

Prepare and present capture strategies to corporate leadership.

Prepare responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought (SS).

Coordinate with technical teams to identify key discriminators and develop win themes.

Assist in proposal development and preparation.

Support brand development and market outreach activities.

Demonstrate understanding of current trends and emerging technologies.

Communicate effectively and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.

Have a current, active network of industry and Federal contacts.

Minimum Bachelor's degree and Secret Security clearance verifiable in JPAS.

Performance Requirements & Near-Term Deliverables

This position requires a sales quota of $2 to $5 million dollars in new business, measured on an annual contract value basis.

First 90 Days:

Pipeline of opportunities identified and qualified.

First 120 Days:

Advancement of opportunities to pursuit and/or proposal stage.
