$22.22/HR W2Primarily responsible for Accounts payables processing activities. Ensure that the necessary company guidelines are complied with and necessary documents are maintained as applicable for all day-to-day processes.Responsibilities:
Ensure timely processing of all PO/ Non PO invoices.Ensure proper and timely Supply and Service GRN Accounting.Ensure proper processing for Receipts / Issuance of Debit / Credit Notes.Ensure timely payments to vendors.Get the Balance Confirmation from vendors on a regular basis.Supervise the quality checking process and the invoice approvals follow-up process.Follow-up with all approvers for invoice approvals as per the predefined timelines.Coordinate with the Invoice processing team for the identified Approval exceptions.Make timely escalations for delays in the approval process.Prepare necessary reports for the quality checking.Generate various reports.Additional Information
