As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision making across our organization. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to various stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and monetization teams. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will be critical in helping us optimize our business processes, identify trends, and improve overall performance.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the leadership, product and engineering teams to analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to improve product performance and decision making.Design and develop quantitative and statistical models to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data sources.Conduct in-depth analysis and present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization, and identify opportunities to apply them to our organization.Qualifications3+ years of experience in data analytics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis and statistical modeling.Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, such as regression analysis, clustering, and hypothesis testing.Ability to effectively present to executive stakeholders to get alignment for decisions requiring complex tradeoffs.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision care for you and your family.Robust 401(K) plan with company matching.Paid time off and paid holidays.Paid parental leave.FSA and commuter benefits programs.Team activity budget.The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
