Job Description

We are seeking a Project Superintendent to join our team! You will be responsible for oversight of all day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, coordination and delegation of subcontractor work, quality control, and ensuring the safety of everyone on a project site.

Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership, maintaining effective working relationships with project staff to ensure a positive on-site moraleAct as primary point of contact for project management staff, subcontractors, building owners and managers, building engineers, architects, and moreDisplay a thorough understanding of project specificationsEnsure safety and security of each job siteOrganize, delegate, and oversee all on-site work being done by subcontractors and coordinate all on-site trade workObtain any necessary permits or licensesUtilize project management software to provide real-time dataAttend scheduled meetings with project management staff, clients, architects, and othersQualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a superintendent role preferredCommitted to producing high-quality work, striving for a "zero punch list" on every projectAbility to effectively lead an on-site project team and work toward multiple deadlines at onceStrong understanding of project cost analysisProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with project management software is a plusGoal-oriented -- ability to react quickly to changing circumstances and still achieve the desired end resultCalm and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situationsAct as a coach and mentor to on-site staff, boost team moraleAdditional Information
