Robinson.About the RoleLoop is hiring an analyst to support the business as it grows. This role will work directly with customer success, product, engineering and business operations to build key reporting, validate Loop’s technology outputs, and support client demos. This role will work cross functionally and on various projects to drive customer value and adoption of Loop’s automation technology.As part of Business Operations, this role will support all internal operations at Loop while also partnering closely with product and business leaders to accelerate progress on our biggest bets.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with data science, customer success and business operations to proactively solve problems and ensure Loop is built to scaleSupport key business partners as a jack of all trades to accelerate growth and customer delivery in Loop’s most important business segmentsServe as the internal voice of the customer bringing insights from customer success to product and bridging gaps for features that are yet to be builtBuild and maintain reporting and inputs that feed Loop’s automation and calculation engines using Excel, SQL, Python and other toolsAbout YouYou have a college degree with a quantitative background in analytics, finance, or economicsYou have 2 years of work experience in management consulting, data analysis or other quantitative fieldsYou have advanced excel skills and SQL, Python or other programming skillsYou balance an eagerness to learn with the ability to executeYou’re a team player and excited about the opportunity to be an early employee at a fast-paced, fast-growing companyYou have the ability to travel up to 20%This is a hybrid role based in Chicago with the expectation to be in the officePremium Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance plans, with premiums covered 100% for youUnlimited PTO401k planCommuter benefits for parking/transitGenerous professional development budget to feed your curiosityPhysical and Mental fitness subsidies for yoga, meditation, gym etc.Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, txt, rtfAccepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, txt, rtf
