Our expertise spans data analytics, cloud computing, collaboration, human-centered design, and training. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and maintenance of scalable and sustainable architecture for Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Utilize advanced knowledge of PowerApps, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure Cloud Services to architect and implement robust solutions. Design and implement user interfaces, business logic, workflows, and integrations using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Design and implement integrations between Power Platform and other enterprise systems and application databases to ensure data flows. Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions, proactively address bottlenecks, and ensure a seamless user experience. Lead change management activities, including migration planning, version upgrades, and ensuring minimal disruption during system changes. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain US DoD Secret Security Clearance. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other Scientific/Technical discipline. 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform implementation experience or other related software implementation experience. Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins. Experience re-writing and re-engineering custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions. Expertise in establishing and maintaining coding best practices. Expertise in DevOps principles and implementation in an Azure environment. Experience leading agile software development projects and teams. Great communication skills to be able to communicate with senior stakeholders. Not required, but a plus: Certified MS Dynamics 365/Power App Professional. Equal Opportunity Employer:
