We are searching for a dynamic individual to oversee 2 locations in the Toledo Area initiating all things Sales & Operations! Responsibilities & Expectations: Area General Manager

Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems including daily operations, adherence to budget and sales KPIs, and more.

Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers and work cross-collaboratively with the corporate marketing team on any long-term efforts.

Work collaboratively with your territory’s fitness manager.

Manage, monitor, and evaluate the performance of all studio employees in tandem with the fitness manager.

Compliance and adherence to OTF Business Policies for daily studio operations.

Monitor the hiring, training, and scheduling for all OTF studio staff with assistance from regional managers.

Responsible for recruiting and on-boarding all new OTF employees.

Train and mentor subordinates for ongoing success and future growth.

Be promotionally-oriented and have the ability to direct sales through the company-required outreach program.

Develop a high-energy culture through Sales and utilization contests and incentive-based motivation.

Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example).

Ensure OTF branding through consistency and continuity in all actions.

Properly empower, monitor, and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of the sales team.

Co-lead monthly staff meetings with fitness leadership to review the upcoming month’s fitbook and report monthly sales objectives, goals, events, and marketing campaigns.

Responsible for attending weekly meetings with Regional Managers to report on weekly activities and progress.

Manage disciplinary actions involving all OTF studio employees.

Responsible for auditing staff time clocks on a weekly basis and responsible for the submission of studio payroll every other week in a timely manner, with compliance and integrity.

Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI’s), member base growth, revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls, and facility maintenance (all assisted closely by Regional Managers & Owner).

Responsible for 30-60-90 and annual OTF staff performance reviews.

Enforce OTF corporate policies, business practices, systems, and processes.

Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service.

Provide effective decision-making regarding customer service issues.
