- Managing the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Windows Servers- Managing the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of Vmware environments- Troubleshooting day to day issues, coordinating with end users, provide top tier technical support- Managing product lifecycles to maintain vendor support, maintenance contracts and software license compliance. Complete updates/upgrades as required.- Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS- Responsible for participating in other special projects as required
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience- Knowledge of the following: MS Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, VMware, SolarWinds- Needs to be able to provide logical, in-depth analysis of problem, with recommendations for improvement when warranted- Good oral and written communication skills- Provide quality customer service
