The prime-time hours are Monday through Friday from 12pm (or 2pm) to 6pm. Bilingual in Spanish and late afternoon availability is a PLUS!Job Description:Create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individualImplement individualized applied behavior programming under the direction of a BCBA, including direct 1:1 ABA therapyUse basic principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) such as reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniquesTeach ABA, social, and daily living skillsEffectively respond to and minimize difficult or disruptive behaviorsCollect data on ABA programming targets and utilize an online system to enter, track, and view progressProvide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to support strategies across all areas of the child's environmentPosition Requirements:Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis field (preferred)Registered Behavior Technician (RBT certified), or RBT in process, is a PLUSExperience working with children, especially those with autism using ABA methodologies (preferred)Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potentialSunny Days of California
