Must have experience litigating third-party bodily injury claims and handling extensive personal injury claims, including automobile claims, traumatic brain injuries, significant injuries to property or business, and wrongful death claims. Trial experience
is strongly desired .Your Day-to-Day:Draft/review and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discoveryAttend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlementsQualifications:7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
