MUST HAVE:3+ years’ experience as a Technical Trainer skilled in training development and curriculum planningExperience developing eLearning modules using development software/technologies such as:Adobe PresenterArticulateStorylineAdobe Captivate, etc.Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories and instructional design modelsWorking knowledge of at least one LMSExperience developing storyboardsExperience with visual design software such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.Experience writing effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts
NICE TO HAVE:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or certification in instructional design, educational technology, or similar subject areaExperience with SharePoint LMS
