Minimum Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in large technology environments; Accounting/Auditing background helpful.Minimum 5 years experience in Senior leadership role responsible for Global transformation initiatives and associated projects.Minimum 10 years experience in requirements gathering, evaluating, and making final product/solutions recommendation/direction for assigned products.Key Responsibilities:Ability to leverage sound business judgment to translate complex business issues into requirements and specifications.Proven ability to design product/solutions implementation effectiveness and possible integration points with other products.Leverages advanced knowledge of a business structure, case development tools and methodologies and components of a product or service to identify current state for a project or endeavor; Analyzes gaps caused by change initiatives and determines potential opportunities; provides sound advice and educates client sponsors and teams on business/technology applications, tools, and trends.Defines solutions and ensures standards are applied and aligned to business solution principles; Ensures alignment of systems requirements; Performs proofs-of-concept to support approaches.Demonstrates basic knowledge of data principles and concepts to support data quality, validation and ownership.Leverages knowledge of business case development tools and methodologies to provide sound advice and educates client sponsors and teams on business/technology applications, tools, and trends.Utilizes multiple roadmaps to assist in developing enterprise application strategies.Ability to leverage proven techniques to elicit and analyze client needs; ability to provide key input into solutions that meet and often exceed client needs.Contributes to and is consulted during design activities and applies some application design techniques; Leverages design activities for cross-functional purposes.Oversees and facilitates RFP creation and selection processes; Demonstrates understanding of how vendor products and services can help lower TCO; Participates in negotiation activities and makes vendor management recommendations to OIM leadership.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Other Qualifications:Formal training and/or certification in project management.Project Management experience dealing with multiple projects of differing size.Previous experience managing large, multi-year projects and implementations with large geographically diverse teams.Mastery level written and verbal communication.Additional Information
